All you have to do is :
Contact us via the CONTACT page, specifying "Return" in the subject, the reason for the return, the order number, if you wish to make an exchange or be reimbursed, as well as any comments you may have.
We will get back to you with all the returns information.
Once the item is received and checked (items must be returned in correct condition), we will process the refund or exchange.
Please note that we do not provide a prepaid return label. Customer must cover postage and all relevant customs charges.
We can exchange your item for a different size, a different color or a completely different item. If the new item costs more, we will contact you with instructions on how to pay the difference.
Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve stock for exchange.
We will be happy to refund all items purchased at the sale price within 14 days of delivery. We ask that items are returned to us in their original condition, with all receipts and tags attached.
We ask that shoe boxes and similar packaging be wrapped in additional packaging. We will not accept any returns if postage labels, stamps or the like have been applied directly to the product packaging.
All refunds exclude postage, as agreed in our terms, unless we are mistaken. We can only refund to the card/payment method used for the purchase.
Sale and Clearance Items
Sale or clearance items or items purchased with a promotion (such as a seasonal discount code) may be returned under the same policy as off-sale items.
Please note that we must match all returns to the original web order number and the goods must be resalable with all tags attached.
